Job Description

-Mainly work in the patient home in Byron. Work hours:  flexible work schedule, shift ranges 6-12 hours, day, overnights and/or weekends.

-trach and vent care

-custodial care

-Nursing assessment and monitoring

Job Qualifications

  • Licensure: Minnesota RN/LPN License

  • Experience: trach and/or vent care

  • Good problem solver to make independent decisions

  • Effective communicator with staff, client families, and outside agencies

  • Ability to prioritize duties and work independently

  • Clinical competence to utilize nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments
